Kettlebell or Dumbell iPhone apps?

I have just bought some pretty kettlebells and dumbells to use at home. Does anyone use an iPhone app for workouts with these? I could do a version of what I do at the gym but a little variety would be good. Oh and it has to be free.....I have an aversion to paying iTunes for something like this!

    Kettlebells are very fun and versatile as well. I would avoid some crappy apps on your phone and google some good hearty workouts.

    An interval timer is the only app I need when working with kettlebells.
