i keep getting mega cravings for sugary food, and then i just end up binging. how can you fight the cravings, and stop the binging?!?!? x

    oh I know what you're talking about ! Mine would be at night time. I know you've probably hear this before but have you tried nuts. Also I just discovered 0% fat free greek yogurt - hard to get where I am. I put in a tsp of honey,some raspberries and blueberries. I can honestly say I thought I was having a dessert and thats coming from someone who'd biscuit after biscuit - It completely satisfied my sweet tooth. amazingly I havent had mad cravings the past week
