Worst advice ever. Please, please go away.The science says..... in the reverse order of how you put it on. So last on first off, first on last off.
This is correct. Think of your body fat as a swimming pool. You can't take water out of the deep end first. As you remove water, the shallow end (which for me is my arms, legs, & chest) gets revealed first, while the deep end (stomach and waist) takes longer.
It'll come with time, as long as you keep losing.
