Fitness: Healthier, Happier

Hi, I'm 24, my height is 5 feet 4 inches and my weight is currently 172 pounds. My goal is to reach 140 pounds by the end of August. I've tracked all my food in the diary, and also my exercise.

I want to lose weight because it will make me healthier (less prone to disease) and happier (able to look confident and fit into my old outfits). I believe that some people immediately judge someone who is overweight as being greedy, lacking self control, and living it up too much. That is a gross misconception. I had a real reason for gaining and one of the reasons was excessive stress. I am guilty of gorging some days to just forget about it all, but really, it was beyond my control.

I want to take a stand for my fitness to be the way I imagine myself to be in my dreams. :wink:
