Menu ideas....HELP!!!!!

OK...I'm just getting started on revamping my eating. I lost 20 pounds last year and lost the umph after an injury. I gained about 5 of it back, so I'm not too far off from this time last year. I'd like to lose 20 more pounds. I do triathlons, so exercise is not a problem. My problem is that I'm a single person who's never really taken a liking to fixing my own food, and that's where I need to have the lifestyle change. I know that it's way more healthy to have food in the fridge versus trying to eat healthy out. I would love for people to share their ideas with me on simple things that they do do fuel their bodies throughout the day. I'm not very creative when it comes to making meals, so any and ever idea is very welcomed!
