Which one do you start with?
I am a mother and weight 130lbs, I am here to be healthier and loose that pouch. So I was wondering if I should lift more weight or cardio, and which one to start with?

That depends on how you want to look. If you want to look "skinny fat" do cardio, if you want to look fit, toned, and younger, i'd say to weight training.
I would suggest 30-45 minutes of strength training followed by 10-15 minutes of light cardio.
Best of luck!0 -

Honestly, that is your call however have you lifted weights before or would you be a newbie to it. I would do a little bit of both. I would start of cardio one day then lift the next and so forth. Cadio will lose the fat, while lifting weights builds the muscles.0 -
I think I'll go with fit, toned, and younger!
thanks for your advice!0
