Co-workers that Annoy!

Keep in mind that I am overly-sensitive due to pregnancy but..... I have a co-worker that is constantly acting so needy for everyone's help and will keep people at her desk for hours to explain things to her. She always wants in on everyone's conversations and she is just loud and obnoxiuos. On top of this, she has 2 grown children that you can hear her yelling at on the phone almost daily. I do my best to just ignore, but some days it is very difficult! Anyone else have a co-worker that just annoys the hell out of them? How do you deal with it?

Have a co-worker that wears too much perfume that it lingers and it can be smelled all day. This is so annoying to a point of avoidance. Yes, she has been told, but it doesn't sink in...

I am fortunate that overall my coworkers are really cool. There is one sales guy that literally whines every time he talks, so that's annoying, but overall he's a decent guy.

That's terrible! Nothing worse than having to smell something you dislike all day every day!

At a previous job, I had a coworker that was going through a divorce and she would literally yell and scream on the phone to her husband and sons. I mean scream.. like she was insane. It made everyone uncomfortable.. she worked in a cubicle, so she couldn't really "close the door".. so it just echoed.

Then she would stomp and slam things for hours afterwards, and then want to us to throw her a pity party.

It was a bit funny to joke about with other coworkers.. but it wasn't the most ideal work environment while she was there.

especially after they use your phone and you can still smell them on it like 3 hours later...

I worked with the male version of this! He was also going through a divorce and was always on the phone yelling at his ex's lawyer! He would kick the file cabinets and slam things all the time. We thought he was a major loose cannon.... still is according to the peeps that I know that still work with him.
