I am beginning my strength training at home and have got together an exercise program and have looked at a lot of websites with videos and full body workouts etc but i would just like some advice. Should i do the same exercise program each time or different exercises each time? There are so many different exercises out there, for example there are many different ones that are for your abs. Should i pick one and do that one every time i work out or do a different one each time? Same for legs and arms . And should i just do one exercise for each body part or more than one per work out?
I really hope this makes sense! I currently do lunges, squats, press ups, crunches etc Should i stick with this or keep mixing it up?

I use DVDs for exercise. Lots of options at collagevideo.com. I alternate cardio & strength days. If you are strength training everyday and using heavy weights ... you probably want to alternate upper body one day & lower body the next. When your muscles are sore, they are trying to recover.

I am just doing strength twice a week at the moment as i am very new to it. Is it ok to do the same set of exercises each time or is it better to do 2 different workouts on my 2 sessions?

Two different workouts in your two sessions works fine, switch it up every 4-6 weeks to ensure your body isn't adapting too much. Maybe check out a program like Starting Strength.
