:glasses: Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Allen and I've been on a health kick for 3 years now. Back in 2009 I weighed 305 LBS for certain reasons of my past, I decided to change my life and save myself. I have made a workout regime to lose the weight. Do my 4 mile walks, and do some free weights to add more muscle. I've lost over 100 pounds but also put on muscle which weighs more.
Thing I hate about BMI is it says I should be 115 - 159 weight but with my tone and body build, it's impossible. So I just do what I can do.
I look forward to meeting everyone here and just stay healthy as I can with tips and help.

Not sure what kind of snacker you are ... me, mostly sweets!
Sweets - 90 calories chocolate chip granola bars, 80 calorie nature valley dark chocolate/peanut butter granola thins, 100 calorie Yoplait Yogurts (all sorts of flavors like red velvet cake and boston cream pie)... etc.
Non-sweets - um. dont venture here too often.... lets see..... veggies and hummus? fruit?0 -

Awesome ty. Yeah I've usually been doing my little fat free cottage cheese packs and then publix low fat yogurts (10 for $10) but it just gets old lol. Thanks for the response.0
