Hi everyone,

I've been using this app for a while to track my weightloss progress. It had helped me so far to lose the weight I wanted to lose. I have also changed my lifestyle significantly and I feel that I should share it with everyone interested to do the same. I am not losing weight anymore, as my goal has changed to building muscle mass, so following my diet may not be the right choice for everyone, but I am available as a friend and motivator to help. So feel free to contact me. I am not a nutritional or fitness specialist, just an average middle aged guy who got most of this stuff figured out on his own, but I am willing to share knowledge and experience. For the most accurate information on proper diet and nutrition, your doctor is still your best bet.
