Hello MFP members,
I've been doing insanity for 2 months now and as far as my eating goes, I think I've been doing okay on the healthy eating. I'm horrible when it comes to the kitchen but I try my best to incorporate healthy meals. I have lost ten lbs. so far and for the past 2 weeks the scale hasn't moved. I will be going through another round of insanity to try and knock off antoher 10 lbs and I would greatly appreciate if I could get some tips on how to better my food intake to help with the last 10 lbs. Thanks. !

Hi there
My advice frOm just going over a couple of your recent days is try to cut out the pre packaged foods (ie, cereals, etc) and lean towards whole foods. Oatmeal for breakfast instead, for example0 -

Nope, haven't tried that. I was trying to stay within what MFP was telling me.0 -
Insanity is an intense workout. You burn a crazy amount of calories. You really need to eat more. Try eating at your BMR and eating back your exercise calories. Check out scoobysworkshop.com0

I don't neccessarily think what the OP is eating is a problem. It's more of how much.0 -
It's possible one night at the Olive Garden prevented any weight loss for this week.0
