Hello MFP members,

I've been doing insanity for 2 months now and as far as my eating goes, I think I've been doing okay on the healthy eating. I'm horrible when it comes to the kitchen but I try my best to incorporate healthy meals. I have lost ten lbs. so far and for the past 2 weeks the scale hasn't moved. I will be going through another round of insanity to try and knock off antoher 10 lbs and I would greatly appreciate if I could get some tips on how to better my food intake to help with the last 10 lbs. Thanks. !

    Hi there

My advice frOm just going over a couple of your recent days is try to cut out the pre packaged foods (ie, cereals, etc) and lean towards whole foods. Oatmeal for breakfast instead, for example

Nope, haven't tried that. I was trying to stay within what MFP was telling me.

Insanity is an intense workout. You burn a crazy amount of calories. You really need to eat more. Try eating at your BMR and eating back your exercise calories. Check out scoobysworkshop.com

I don't neccessarily think what the OP is eating is a problem. It's more of how much.

It's possible one night at the Olive Garden prevented any weight loss for this week.
