So after having my daughter almost 4 years agao I had a hard time adjusting to being a new mom and put on additional weight on top of my pregnancy weight. Well I have used that as a crutch ever since.I cant call it baby weight anymore, she walks, she talks, she talks back even. So I have gotten a gym pass started going 5-6 times a week usually 45-60 minutes a day....so far I have actually gained weight....frustrating yes....for someone my size adding that kind of exercise should show an improvement quite fast...i am 307lbs at the moment. I started at 305 went down a whole 3 pounds and right back up. Have been trying to track everything i eat but am still not seeing success....I would love a g ym buddy to help push me but so far that is not happening.... Any tips from anyone to help me start seeing results? and no I will not cut carbs out of my diet completely....Support is good and my husband is great...from the couch though...need more active support in my weight loss journey...
