Please Help with this Eat more weigh less progrm..

I just would like for someone to help me understand this! How it works! I am stuck at 150lbs cant seem to lose any more weight! If I start eating more calories how am I going to lose weight? Right now Im doing 1200 a day plus using part of my excercise calories!     I've only joined here a week ago yesterday and as of today I've lost 4lbs by eating more and drinking 2 litres of water a day! Before I would average about 1000 cals, sometimes more sometimes less. My cals are set at 1600,I don't eat all those but definitely by eating more I've lost. All that was done by doing no exercise as I can't exercise at the moment. It was hard for me to get my head around it too but its worked for me :-)

    Im 112 lbs. I eat 1600-1800 calories a day depending upon what my exercise calories are. At 150 lbs your BMR alone(what your body burns just existing and keeping you alive) is probably around 1500. Eating 1600 cals a day you'll still be at a significant deficit and lose.
