My name is Jenny and I just made a new commitment to exercising daily. I lost around 30 lbs two years ago, but gained it back and more when I started my science classes in school. I'm almost done with my pre-nursing courses. The stress of school got to me. It's only been three days, but I feel fantastic. The hardest part is getting up in the morning and the first 15 minutes of exercising. My goal is to lose 35-40 lbs by September. I could use all the encouragement out there. When things get stressful, I stop and I don't want to exercise anymore. I'm tired of losing and gaining. I want this to be a permanent life style. Thanks so much.
