Hello everyone!

Hi there! I used to use MFP a while back and lost somewhere around 25 pounds, whether I recorded it or not. With work and whatnot, I ended up not eating enough, and what I was eating wasn't great, to say the least. I knew my metabolism was awful at that point, but I figured I'd put on a couple pounds at most. I got on the scale and was a bit shocked to see I was up from 135 to 160. So now, I'm trying to start an amateur baseball league in Florida, and with that comes a fair amount of training! I'm looking to get to 145 with muscle now, because at 135, I started looking a bit frail. Interested in making some new friends, so everyone can feel free to add me!
