Obese and doing TurboFire + 30 Day Shred

Anyone else out there who is in the obese category doing either of these?

    I started 30ds at 190lbs, im now down to 178.6 as of this morning, I am technically in the obese category by my height. I love love love 30ds!

    :smile: I started Turbo fire at 199 and I am 180 now. I love turbo fire it is the best.

    I do both and I'm 265. Lol. 30 Day Shred is great but I have to admit TurboFire is soooo much fun!
