    Six smaller meals of 300 cals or so a day that include good carbs, some protein and veggies. Space them out equally throughout the day, eat every 3-4 hours. By good carbs I mean whole wheat bread, beans, brown rice, sweet potato, anything low on a glycemic index (google or wiki: glycemic index) That kind of food keeps you fuller longer.
