Does anyone know how much water weight adds to your actual weight? Is there anyway to figure it out?

    Water isn't tightly controlled, I have a figure in my head of 40 - 42 being the range in which it fluctuates, but can't remember what the units were ! lbs, kg and % would be the likely options.
