NSV: Non scale victory... anything that isn't a number on a scale. A compliment, a new clothing size, old clothes that fit again, etc.
This morning I drove my son to school and his principal saw me and said "Wow you look...great" and I didn't think that my day could have gotten much better until...about 5 minutes ago:bigsmile:
AWESOME!!!! I just got a phone call from my grandmother, "Amber that picture online with your phone, WHEN was that taken?" I said, "On facebook?" and she said yes. I said, "This morning, why" and she yells "THAT PICTURE OF AMBER WAS TAKEN THIS MORNING!" and I could hear my two aunts and my grandfather all gasping... I'm seriously not kidding! LOL My grandfather gets on the phone and says "Holy my dear! I thought that must have been taken when you were in junior high, but I knew you didn't have a camera like that back then!", then I talked to my aunts with the same kind of reaction. Questions of how much weight I had lost and how much further I planned to go came pouring out... My day just got better than I ever could have imagined. CHUFFED?!?!?! Yessirrreeee!
