I'm getting handfasted to my boyfriend this September. (Kinda like getting married except Uncle Sam is not invited :wink:) Looking for a fabulous dress to wear. Does anyone know of a good site to find dresses that are a bit unusual and fun? Thanks!

    Congrats! I'm getting married in September, too! I got my dress, which is very untraditional, at modcloth.com. They have gorgeous items.

    There are a lot of vendors on Etsy that do custom things. One of my girlfriends just got her dress there.

    1. Do you know someone who can sew? You can get a dress and modify it (add beading, crystals, floral, whatever you want to make it "yours").

    2. Check out Zappos. Some "interesting" choices there.
