Hi, My name is Estella and I just started using MFP regularly. I love this app! Feel free to add me for additional support and if you want to look at my fitness and food diary - it's all OPEN. I don't believe there's any such thing as bad food - I think there are foods that are more nutritionally dense and better fuel than others, but I don't judge if you eat a piece or two of cake or pizza. Cake is lovely and so is pizza.
Please be sure to complete your profile and include a pic of yourself. This ensures a better connection. We're all here for support and don't worry, MFP won't show your weight. You can control what you share, even your food and fitness diary. I keep my food and fitness diary open.
