Figured out my nosebleed

OK, so potassium shortage = hypertension (which I already have so it is more aggravated) = nosebleed on elliptical today.
Jeez, so glad I now understand. I was pretty freaked when I realized the cloth I used to wipe away sweat had blood on it. Then further freaked to realize it wasn't a scratch or something but a nosebleed (I've never had one not associated with taking a decongestant).

Nosebleeds are so freaky
I've only ever had one and it was in my sleep so you can imagine the shock reaction I had when I woke up and saw my pillow and looked in the mirror
Get that potassium in0 -

That's really sad for her. Is she scared by them or is it only momma bear who's scared?
I would be totally freaked. I mean I'm an adult and I was such a big wuss. I sat for probably 15 minutes making certain it was really stopped before I did my oblique's :blushing: . Then when I got back I was all over Google for probably an hour trying to figure out what was wrong.0 -

She's had them for so long, it doesn't really bother her at all. She wants to keep running around and playing while holding a towel to her nose, and I have to MAKE her sit down for a bit! It's just momma who's freaked out by them0
