OK, so potassium shortage = hypertension (which I already have so it is more aggravated) = nosebleed on elliptical today.

Jeez, so glad I now understand. I was pretty freaked when I realized the cloth I used to wipe away sweat had blood on it. Then further freaked to realize it wasn't a scratch or something but a nosebleed (I've never had one not associated with taking a decongestant).

Nosebleeds are so freaky :( I've only ever had one and it was in my sleep so you can imagine the shock reaction I had when I woke up and saw my pillow and looked in the mirror

    Get that potassium in :D

That's really sad for her. Is she scared by them or is it only momma bear who's scared?

I would be totally freaked. I mean I'm an adult and I was such a big wuss. I sat for probably 15 minutes making certain it was really stopped before I did my oblique's :blushing: . Then when I got back I was all over Google for probably an hour trying to figure out what was wrong.

She's had them for so long, it doesn't really bother her at all. She wants to keep running around and playing while holding a towel to her nose, and I have to MAKE her sit down for a bit! It's just momma who's freaked out by them ;)
