anyone tried this jillian michaels workout video? what did you think? did you see any results? how long?

    I'm on day 23 today. I will be posting results in 7 days. I have lost 3.5 lbs in 23 days. No idea on inches yet.

    WOW!! thats great! did you follow the recommended meal plan?

    No, I got it at Target and didn't have the meal plan.:ohwell: But it was only $9.96 so I can't complain too much. I'm going to start round 2 without heavier weights when I finish this round.

    Good Job!!! Are there suggested weights you should use? im starting with 2lbs is that too little you think? what did you start with?

    I'm going to start round 2 with 5 lbs weights. I am round 1 with 2 lbs weights. Some of the lateral raises were hard with 2 lbs but I just did fewer reps.
