I'm on day 23 today. I will be posting results in 7 days. I have lost 3.5 lbs in 23 days. No idea on inches yet.

No, I got it at Target and didn't have the meal plan.:ohwell: But it was only $9.96 so I can't complain too much. I'm going to start round 2 without heavier weights when I finish this round.0

I'm going to start round 2 with 5 lbs weights. I am round 1 with 2 lbs weights. Some of the lateral raises were hard with 2 lbs but I just did fewer reps.0
