Watching a TV programme, and they just did a test with someone using a low calcium diet one week, and high the next, and their faeces in the high calcium diet showed more fat in their faeces, and therefore it wasnt being absorbed in the body?

I'm sure us ladies should be getting more calcium, but I can't give myself an excuse to eat pizza (I'll have another slice...it's diet food!!!)
