Hi,

Someone recommended the software to me, and I like it a lot. Thankfully, I'm not obese. However, I am middle aged. So I've got a spare tire around my middle that I would like to lose. I'm looking forward to using this software to make me more aware of my caloric intake.

My current goal is to lose 10lbs in the next month. Between watching my diet, cutting down on alcohol, and cycing to work, I'm confident I'll make it!

    You'll find that a lot of restaurants are listed here if you search using the restaurant's name. Then you can select your items. Usually, the portion size that the company advertises is already there for you.
