Hi I just joined MFP today. I have been doing points plus and have lost over 30 lbs. in the last 5 months. I have hit a plateau last month and for the last 2 weeks gained 4 lbs. I'm following the same points, revved up my activity... any ideas?

  • I hoped you've changed up your diet to shock your body just a little but then sweat sweat sweat....you'll burn off extra. Been there, can't wait to get back there
