25lbs in about 90 days...

So I started my quest at 200lbs of fat... Almost 90days later I'm down to 175 and I'm losing more and more every day. I can actually keep stepping on my scale every morning and have more lbs gone! I have so much energy now that I have lost all this weight! I try to bike almost everyday and I burn anywhere between 800-1600 calories each time I go out. I love this new feeling of being able to go out and enjoy the fresh air and get a great burn doing it. I have so many calories each day that I don't even know what to do with all of them...

    Nice work! I'm on roughly the same track (started at 187 and now 176 - started 6 weeks ago) and about half way to where you are. The pics of the change are amazing! Keep punching those pedals!
