Which fruit juice is helpful for weight loss and stomach fat loss? Is it grapefruit or cranberry juice is helpful which is best for it?

  • I recommend not drinking juice. Just water. Loads of water. There are too many unnecessary calories in fruit juices.

    I agree with you. I rarely drink juice. Maybe a glass every few weeks?

    I agree, eat grapefruit instead of having grapefruit juice.

    I'll agree too. Eat the fruit, and not just the fruit juice. The fiber in the fruit helps prevent the blood sugar spike that occurs when you just drink the juice.
