Hello from the PCW.

Hey all. Obviously what I'm doing isn't working or I wouldn't be here:( I need to try change my mind-set first I think or something..........anything. I'm great at challenges but even better at failing miserably when I've finished it! If you have any tips or words of encouragement I would love to hear from you.

    One easy way I lost weight was just by tracking "every" calorie I ate onto Myfitnesspal. As long as you keep your calories at a deficit, you'll lose weight. You'll begin to see a difference, just be patient and log everything in religiously. Then when you see that you've lost weight, you'll feel better and want to lose more. That's when the fun begins. There's more science to losing weight, but i dont want to overwhelm you. Just keep the calorie intake low. I heard somewhere that losing weight is 70% diet, or abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Good luck to you.
