Am I starving myself?

I have been tracking my intake now for a month and I'm starting to have some serious questions. I have a very laid back desk job, and until recently wasnt hitting the gym much. Now that I am going regularly to the gym and have my own heart rate/calorie monitor, my net daily calorie intake is always below 1200 cal a day. Only when I eat out do I net over the 1200.
I had a calorie point assessment done and my RMR is set for 1398, but my log is programmed in at 1450. After getting my HRM I am burning on average 700 cal a day in exercise, not counting what my regular activities would be.
I'm not tired yet, I have shown some forward progress in the last month, but i am wondering if there is more I could do.

Try eating at least 1400 minimum; 1600 would probably be better. Eat walnuts, almonds, peanut butter. Full fat cheese and yogurt to meet your goal.
Not being hungry is a sign of malnutrition.
