I thought It would be better to keep track on the computer what I eat instead of writing it down I am determined to go down in sizes. My weight was just awful last year and now I really want to lose more and be more healthy.

Welcome! I wish you the best of luck on here, I'm sure you can do it! It's so easy to keep track of what you eat and put into your body on here, it really opens your eyes about how you were eating and how awful it was. I know it opened my eyes up!

Yes... this is a much easier way to keep up with what you are eating... I didnt have a clue about ALL the hidden calories... Good luck add me if you need extra support.. just started on the 12th and love it0
