Tip to cut salty food cravings :)

I picked up a little trick over the years to satiate a taste for something salty when I knew good and well that I wasn't REALLY hungry, so I thought I would pass it along.
Try using bullion (or broth)!!!
Just get some bullion cubes (try to find the kind without MSG in them) and put one in a cup of water, microwave or heat over stove until the cube is dissolved, stir, enjoy.
Bullion and most kinds of ready-made broth (vegetable or animal-based) contain almost no calories...you also get more hydrated when you do this. (Watch the salt intake, though.)
Anyway, I used that trick a few years ago when I was shedding pounds, and I'm using it again now that I'm back on the wagon, so to speak.
Happy Dieting! =^.^=
