Is there any advantage to adding the exercise and weight amount into MFP? i wear a HRM when working out, both strength training and cardio. I note the calories burnt after each (strength/cardio) and put those amounts into MFP for calorie burning accounting. Thanks in advance. ~JC

the strength training section is for personal record keeping. it does not change calorie goals or effect your daily target in any way.0

Totally agree with Sarah. And if you want to track your workouts there are much better apps for that.0
