want to start water aerobics

And am not sure which class would be the best place to start? Any advice?

ABC – Aquatic Body Conditioning - Combination cardiovascular and muscle strengthening workout in shallow water.
AM ENERGIZER - Hi-Lo aerobics class in shallow water.
AQUA BOOT CAMP – Challenging and fun! Class taught in Deep Water.
AQUA FIESTA – Dance & party in the water! Prepare for fitness & fun. Need we say more?
DEEP FIT - Work in the deep end. Improve your core strength and stamina. Class uses buoyancy devices

I think they all sound fun! If I had to guess, Aqua Fiesta is probably the easiest one. The deep water classes will be more challenging.

Thanks! I was thinking of that one as well...I'm not really looking for the "easiest", but I honestly haven't really exercized in a LONG time, so I don't want to take something that is going to kill me....just want to ease into it. I plan to work my way up though, so I'm not trying to be lazy :-)
