Bring it on Bikini

Dieting is one of the hardest things to do! I have been craving the sugary salty snacks so much more since I started my diet. I am new on fitness pal and I wanted to congratulate myself and everyone else for taking the first step to a healthier life! Good luck everyone!

Welcome to MFP Kris. It is quite the journey to a better you. I try to think of it as lifestyle change rather than dieting. It weems to work better for me because when I think of dieting I think that when I am done I can go back to eat what I used to. and for me that doesn't work so well. Good luck in your journey to a new lifestyle, and enjoy the ride.

  • Hey Kris,
Dont worry about it! The cut backs will come with time, lol you miht experience a little withdrawal but its worth it! I went through the same thing with having a ton of sweets and snacks, but now Im a junkie when it comes to keeping under my calorie goal and fulfilling my Fat/Protein/Carb intake, to the point where i know exactly what i can eat without going over board. I hope your journey is a successful one :)

Bikinis? I think not! Too many stretch marks. But pretty dresses, little tops, maybe even shorts someday? That'd be absolutely amazing. Absolutely can't wait.
