Hey! I love love love jam and usually eat st. dalfour because it doesn't have any added sugars but it has fruit juice which ends up making it really high in sugars and calories anyway...is there a low cal jam option out there? anything you guys like to eat (i live in the uk, but throw your ideas out there and i'll try to see if i can find them! ) thank you!

"no added sugar" or "diabetic" jams are likely to be your best bet,
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=254849603 standard jam 40 cals per tablespoon / 265 cals per 100g
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=258315532 "streamline" 174 cals per 100g so 35% less calories0
