New to MFP

I've been a member of SparkPeople for a couple of years now, but I
m enjoying the platform of MFP a lot more.

Just to introduce myself, I'm trying to lose around 20 lbs. I used to be a gym rat but fell out of the habit in 2007. Although I didn't really gain much weight, a lot of my muscle turned to fat and I'm pretty unhappy with how I look and feel these days. I was once 135 lbs, 5' 7" and 15% body fat. I'm now 143 lbs and 24% body fat. That makes a huge difference in how a person looks.

I don't want to return to the 3-4 hour workouts that I once had, but I do want to get down to 18-20% bmi again. I've now fallen victim to the skinny-fat phenomenon. I want to get healthy and back to feeling good again.
