Reebok Step Video

Hi, did a quick search here and couldn't find anything but apologies if this is old news.

I have a Reebok step and used to love doing the original workout from Gin Miller but I only had it on video. I think you can get the DVD version in the US but you can't in the UK. But I found this:

on You Tube yesterday and just done a workout, ah memories! Plus I was quite pleased I could do it all the way through even though it has been a (very, very, very) long time since I last did it (the tricep dips were still a killer though!)
