Tofu recipe's?

Hi all,
Since im changing my eating habits iv decided to try new foods.
Im thinking of trying tofu and was wondering if anyone has any recipes they can recommend please?

I use tofu in recipes periodically. There are mixed reviews on soy and your health etc. so we don't eat it alot but periodically, yes. There is a difference between the types you buy (silken will be in a box by the asian foods) and the other kind, can't think what it is called will be over in the chilled area. This is the kind you will want to buy probably for most recipes. It doesn't crumble like silken.

Most recipes say to drain and set on a paper towel because there is so much water in it. I will be honest that after cooking with it for 5 years now, I still have not perfected the art of sauteeing it. But I'm not giving up! My family eats it just fine, but it is important to have a recipe that has a nice mix of textures (IMO).

There is a really neat recipe in Mary Lou Henner's book for chilled citrus tofu that is very, very good. This is a good site too:http://www.savvyvegetarian.com/vegetarian-recipes/tofu-recipes.php

I only tried Tofu recently, it's definitely an aquired taste!
