I'm currently trying to maintain my weight at about 125 lb. I don't want to loose any more weight because I feel any less and I look to thin, but I wanted to know if its possible to loose fat (aka turning it to muscle) without loosing more weight?

It's physically impossible to "turn fat into muscle". Fat is fat is fat...and it will never ever have the chemical ability to magically change into muscle tissue. They're two completely different types of cells.
That said, if you still want to drop fat, and not drop weight the other responder is right on...start weight training, which will preserve and even build your muscle tissue. Keep up with your cardio to reduce the body fat...and you might need to eat a little bit more to support the weight you're attempting to put on/keep with weight training.0 -
of course! you may put on some weight though, but you'll still look great!:bigsmile:0
