C2 5K Calorie Question

Hi all! Ive started the C2 5K (using my iTouch app), and I swear I'm burning more calories than the "walking 3.0 pace for xxx time" Does anyone else use something different to track the calories burned? If not, I guess I'll just kinda bank the extra burned calories and not log em. Thanks all!

    The first few weeks of C25K you aren't burning as much as one thinks. You can get a HRM to accurately track your calories burned or get a C25K app with gps that has your stats and personal info and it will estimate your calories burned for you.

    Hmm...Thanks! I do it on my treadmill, which is set with an incline, so the GPS I don't think would work. Right now I'm just using the "free" version, but I'm going to have to purchase the app since the free one only goes for so long. Thank you!!!
