New and looking for fitness friends!

Hi everyone!

I just joined myfitnesspal last night after becoming angry with myself for letting my workouts slide (again). I don't have a ton of weight to lose, just about 10-15 lbs of extra weight that I have had for most of my life that I would love to see disappear. I have a hard time staying motivated to do workouts and eat healthily, and would love to make some friends on here to help me stay motivated (and I can motivate you, too!). It would be nice to have someone to be held accountable to for fitness goals. I am almost 23 years old, and primarily work out with Jillian Michaels DVDs, in case anyone else is similar. However, I don't care how old you are, how much weight you want to lose, or what workouts you do - if you are someone who struggles with motivation like I do, I really think it would be great for us to help each other. Let me know if you are interested! Also - I am still figuring out how to use this site, so please forgive me if I have a hard time figuring out how to talk to you :)

    You can add me I am 18 and only have 10 lbs to lose...we can support eachother. B/c i need help with overeating. I can't help myself food is just soooooooo delicious =)
