Hi, I've just been prescribed orlistat to help me loose weight. I'm trying to get my head around how much fat I'm supposed to eat.
Any advice?

    Is that the drug in Alli? It should have come with detailed instructions. I think with Alli it's 15g of fat per meal, max. But I think Orlistat is a higher dosage so it might be different.

    If you eat a lot of fat, you will have some really disturbing side effects in the bathroom. Read about the side effects and decide if it's worth it to you. You don't need Orlistat to lose weight though, just eat at a deficit and you won't have to worry about all the--ahem--"unpleasant" side effects. Best wishes to you. :flowerforyou:
