Help me put together a routine from Yoga Shakti - Shiva Rea

I just "checked out" Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti from my library. I typically run and lift, and while I do stretch after, I have noticed the last few weeks that my diapragm is really tight, and I am getting pain/stitches very early in my runs, and even on walks. I figure I need some good stretching.

Are there some exercises on Yoga Shakti that will be good for helping to stretch out my core and diapragm?

    I don't know anything about Yoga Shakti, but backbends stretch out the front of your body - so if there is a section on that?

    Thanks. I did do some backbends, bridges, supines, and don dog/plan/cobra flows.
