I weigh myself every day when I wake up..after I pee of course  which I will keep doing, but my question is when do YOU add it to the weight tracker? Daily...once a week..?

Thank you

I weigh myself every day, in the morning. Then I add all those numbers together and divide it by 7 to come up with an average weight for the week. I then use that number for my tracker. This gives me a better idea of my weight since there are days where its higher and days where its lower.

I "check in" as it is called every 2 weeks to once a month. I want to see my inches move so for me, I'm waiting in hopes that I'm giving it enough time to change. I would not record it once a day only because of how easily weight can fluctuate.

Weigh every morning like the OP. Only record when there is a loss.
  • I weigh every day, if there is a loss, I record it.

Weigh and measure at roughly the same time every day and log it whether it's a loss or gain, I want to be able to look at my progress reports and see where I may have gone wrong or when I've done something right.
It's just about being honest with myself.

    Oh, I like that idea!

I have only been a member for a day or two, and have been recording first thing in the morning, but I was already dreading recording those "up" days.
