Shake weigh

Okay so I feel like a total loser for even having this thing. I've never actually used it enough to see if it actually works, even a little. But I want to know if anyone else has and what they thought of it. My mom loves the thing but that's not enough to sell me on it.

    I have it. It does work you out, you can feel it. But my fiancé's comments while doing said work out made me stop using it.

    I'm working on it. I'm right handed, so the left arm is a challenge sometimes.
