So, does anyone know if having an ovarian cyst can affect your weight loss?

    This might be closely related to PCOS and I know I've seen that on the boards here. There may even be groups on here for women with PCOS

    If you have PCOS, there's a larger issue including weight. If it's just a cyst without a diagnosis of PCOS, then it shouldn't.
