What Motivates You?

When that little voice in my head starts in and says, "This is just too hard. You're never gonna do it. Give up now." I look at how far I've come, the change on the scale, the inches I've lost, the way my heart doesn't feel like it's bursting out of my chest when I work out now, the look of pride on my boyfriends face, the anticipation of my soon to be grandchildren.... this list goes on and on. All of these things push me to get out of bed extra early in the morning to hit the gym and get my work out in, and put the fork down when I'm full.
