I showed a coworker of mine a picture from when I was in high school (possibly the highest weight I've ever been) and she was absolutely floored by how much I've changed from then (2007 and now). I say I've lost about 30 pounds, but she thinks it might be more.

My mum made sewed it for me, she put a lot of work into making it right
