Those last 15-20lbs

Hey all I have been stuck on a weight loss plateau for over 3 months now. I am weighing in at 154 right now with my lowest weight being 146 a few months ago. I have gained a little and this happened after I started Insanity. I am half way through my second month and then GSP's RushFit is next for me. I am eating 2000-2200 calories per day which are all good foods for the most part. I have recently upped my calories to 2200 so I realize I need to give this time to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can kickstart my weight loss again? I have maybe 20lbs or so I'd like to lose though I am not too worried about the number on the scale. What pushed you to get rid of those last 15-20lbs? A special change in diet? Or exercise? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    In my opinion you look great already. :)

    Anyway, you could try reducing the amount of calories your eating again, drinking more water, or reassessing your macronutrient intake. That's all I got though - breaking a plateau is different for everyone so I can't really give a definitive answer. Just keep at it and don't give up! :)
